I'm Petra Pearce, and there are two things that I'm super passionate about (well, four things if you count chocolate and my hubby) – SEO and to automate your business so that you can be found online, consistently show up, and make sales on autopilot.
I first discovered my love of SEO in 2019 when I built my first online business. As an introvert with Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD), putting myself out there online was gut-wrenching. So, I knew I had to find a way to be visible without having to dance on TikTok or do Facebook Live.
The answer? To learn SEO and create ‘evergreen' content that didn't constantly trigger my RSD.
I immersed myself completely in the world of SEO, devouring every article, tutorial, and video I could find, and started to implement what I learned on my own website. I completely fell in love with it.
As I dove deeper, I realized that the technical jargon and ‘bro dude' attitudes that often come with SEO advice weren't helping. I noticed that a lot of bloggers, including myself, got overwhelmed and frustrated because of it, so I decided to double down on my training and become an SEO expert and provide women business owners with easy-to-follow SEO resources (and to offer SEO services for those that don't want to do it themselves). And that's how Simply SEO It was born.
My philosophy is simple: SEO doesn't have to be complicated, but it has to get done.
In 2023 and beyond, it's not enough to identify a keyword, write top-notch content and publish it – you have to structure that content in a way that makes search engines (and, more importantly, your readers) love your page and your site, so they'll come back for more.
And I'm here to provide the guidance and support needed to make that happen. Whether you're a new blogger just starting out or a seasoned pro looking to take your website to the next level, I'm here to help.
